For 30 years, I knelt on living room floors with some babies and children who weren't hitting their milestones, working as a Pediatric Early Intervention Physical Therapist doing home care as an independent contractor in New York. Some children had physical delays, some neurological, and many were on the autism spectrum. All of them needed patience, not shortcuts, and I learned early that showing up fully for another person is its own kind of work.

I also became a certified health coach on the side to make extra money, all while raising three boys. But there are only 24 hours in a day, and working harder didn't pay off. I never had the financial backup to weather a slow stretch or qualify for a loan, so I stayed small out of necessity, not by choice.

Those years taught me something I carry into my work today: that real change happens person by person, not all at once. When I relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, to retire, that lesson followed me right into the digital and emerging tech space, where I now help individuals and small businesses understand and adopt new technologies.

And it's exactly why I care about the Founder CEO program. I know what it feels like to pour everything into work that matters and still feel stuck financially, and now I bring that same hands-on, from-the-heart approach to helping founders build the financial footing I wish I'd had.
