Founder CEO Program – Advisory Team

My life and career have been filled with diverse experiences, new opportunities, and a lifelong commitment to learning. My professional journey has taken me through a wide range of roles, from cook and nurse to financial advisor, import/export business consultant, web programmer, localization engineer, IT engineer, and software quality engineer.

Throughout my career, I have enjoyed exploring new fields, solving complex problems, and connecting technology, language, and people. I have worked on Google Search projects involving data analysis and feature expansion, as well as leading complex localization and globalization projects spanning more than 80 languages. As Director of Localization and Internationalization, I directed global-readiness strategy across those markets, and as Programming Department Manager and Project Manager, I led cross-functional teams through the planning and delivery of technical projects from concept to completion.

My experience also includes technology management, website development, server administration, networking, and quality assurance. As a Software Quality Engineer, I enjoyed developing test automation that increased the team's productivity by approximately 95%.

Most recently, my deepest prayer and desire to help others and make the world a better place led me to become part of the teams at CrowdPoint, EcoSynQ, and Trading Nations Global. Through this journey, I found my way to Edgewater Education and the Founder CEO Program.

Earlier in my career, I founded and served as CEO of an import/export consulting company. I started the business so I could have the flexibility to care for my children while building a career from home. However, like many entrepreneurs, I struggled with unstable revenue. Looking back, I often think about how different that experience could have been if a program like Founder CEO had been available to me then.

I have truly enjoyed every chapter of my career, and each experience has taught me something valuable. I believe the Founder CEO Program can help entrepreneurs turn their challenges into opportunities, build more sustainable businesses, and create the freedom to pursue both professional and personal goals. I am excited to be part of a program that can make a meaningful difference in the lives of other Founder CEOs.
