Tom Jenkins is a husband, father, and grandfather, as well as a business owner, investor, and lifelong learner from Castleton, New York. He has been married to his wife, Cindy, for more than 30 years.

For more than 30 years, Tom has owned and operated Tom Jenkins Excavating, a site and civil excavation company with roughly 50 employees. Through the years, he has learned firsthand what it feels like to carry the weight of a business, meet payroll, manage cash flow, keep good people, and make decisions that affect employees and their families.

Tom's mission comes from real life experience. He has watched his employees work hard, sacrifice, and fight for the company, while also carrying pressures of their own at home. As a husband, father, and grandfather himself, he knows that pressure firsthand. It's the same balancing act of providing for a family while building something bigger. That has become one of his biggest motivators.

Through the Founder CEO Program, Tom wants to help small business owners, entrepreneurs, employees, and families create more cash flow, more stability, and more opportunity.

To Tom, business has never been just about profit. It is about people, families, responsibility, and building something that can make a difference, the same kind of difference he hopes to leave for his own children and grandchildren.
