Based in Rochester, Massachusetts, Carol brings a rare combination of frontline patient care, startup execution, and practice management to everything she does.

Throughout her career, Carol has served in both clinical and management roles — overseeing daily operations, navigating accreditation, and contributing to the business decisions that keep a practice running and growing. She has also played a key role in launching a surgical center from the ground up. Carol understands firsthand the pressure of keeping a business healthy, retaining good people, and making decisions that matter.

Now, as a Mindset and Small Business Coach in the Founder CEO Program, Carol is focused on helping small business owners recognize and address the daily stressors that come with building and running a business.
